Summary
Two years before the 1988 Olympics in South Korea, Sanggyedong residents were brutally evicted from their homes, to make way for the government’s urban renewal plans. Years later, they remain homeless and lost in a bureaucratic maze, in which they are disentitled to a permanent abode.
